Oxley’s Rock
is located in the very hub of Picton and
has the superb outlook of the marina framed by the native bush.
Oxley’s Rock is
arguably Picton’s finest apartment development, completed
in 2007 to a very high specification and providing the utmost in
comfortable living.
The apartment is decorated in neutral
colours and features artworks by the local artist, Rick
Edmonds and a Christchurch artist, Malcolm
Mason. The living is extremely spacious with two leather sofas
and a dining table seating six people. The latest entertainment
equipment is available with a wide screen television, DVD player
and stereo amplifier.
The large kitchen has a double oven, ceramic
cook top, full size fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
The kitchen is fully kitted out so in-house catering is an option
should you tire of the many wonderful restaurants in the area.
The three bedrooms are as follows: Main double bedded bedroom
with ensuite. Double bedded room and twin bedded room. The ensuite
has a large tiled walk in shower and the main bathroom has a bath
with shower over. The utility room has a full size washing machine,
tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Linen, duvets, pillows and
towels are provided.
The balcony has ample space to accommodate seating for six and a gas barbeque.
There is a small communal gym at Oxley’s Rock Apartments for the use of the residents.
Our accommodation is suitable for families or groups of two or more couples.
No pets are permitted and we respectfully request no smoking.
The rate is $250 per night off season and $300 per night high season.
