To confirm your booking a 50% deposit is required.

The deposit is non-refundable unless 4 weeks notice of cancellation is received. However, should we replace your booking your deposit will be returned.

Payment can be made either by bank transfer in $NZ to a New Zealand bank account,
by cheque ($NZ dollars only) or by credit card.

Payment in full is required prior to arrival and can be made at the time the keys are picked up, but at that time only by cash or credit card. Prior to occupying the property a Holiday Home Rental Agreement must be signed.
