Each apartment has 180-degree panoramic views of Picton harbour. It is one of only a handful of properties situated
on the waterfront of Picton's marina and is privately owned
by a British family currently living in Tokyo, Japan. Relax
and enjoy the views from the tastefully furnished living
and dining areas.
The colour scheme chosen is denim blue and sunset hues of
pink and purple which perfectly complements the often-to-be
seen pink sky as the sun sets over the hill to the west.
The seating consists of a three-seater sofa, a two-seater
sofa and two easy armchairs. The dining table seats six.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with full-size fridge
and freezer, dishwasher, full oven and hob, microwave and
toaster and all essential kitchen equipment. Tucked away
in the utility room are a full-sized washing machine, airer,
iron and ironing board.
The three bedrooms are as follows; one double bedroom, one
twin room (two single beds) and one bedroom is so large
it can accommodate two double beds with plenty of room to
spare. This bedroom has an en-suite shower and toilet room.
There is one further shower and toilet room. Bed linen,
duvets, pillows, blankets and towels are included.
The living area opens out onto a tiled patio area and garden
chairs are provided. A large two-tier lawn area is
for your enjoyment. The garden is fully stocked with a glorious
display of roses during the autumn and winter and freesias
during the spring. We have frequently spotted seals and dolphins
just outside the house so keep your eyes open!
 The
ground floor nightly rate is $250.00NZ dollars and the first
floor apartment nightly rate is $300.00NZ plus returnable
bond/deposit of $250.00NZ dollars. Other rates apply during
peak seasons.
Minimum stay of two nights (but be prepared to stay longer;
you’ll never grow tired of these views.)
Check in time on day of arrival is 2.00pm and on day of
departure is 10.00am.
