To confirm your booking a 25% deposit and $250.00 bond/deposit is required.

Payment can be made either by bank transfer in $NZ to a New Zealand bank account, by cheque ($NZ dollars only) or by credit card. To pay by credit card, please either call or e-mail to 03 520 8177 (NZ) or vicky@callcare.co.nz (please enter “Waterfront apartment accommodation payment" in the subject line.)

The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation within 48 hours of the arrival date would also forfeit the $250.00 bond.

The outstanding balance is required 28 days prior to arrival.

Prior to occupying the property a Holiday Home Rental Agreement must be signed.
